When Praise Invites Power

When Praise Invites Power

Praise not only transforms our hearts but also invites God's power into our circumstances. In Acts 16:25-33, Paul and Silas, imprisoned and chained, prayed and sang hymns to God. Their praise not only lifted their souls but also triggered a miraculous earthquake that opened the prison doors, broke their chains, and later gave them an opportunity to share the gospel. This moment reminds us that praise invites God's presence and power, even in our darkest challenges. Let this inspire us to praise God daily, trusting Him to open doors, shift atmospheres, and bring breakthrough in our lives.

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. - Acts 16:25-26
